Harvey Cedars Municipal Court is located at 7606 Long Beach Boulevard, Harvey Cedars NJ 08008. The municipal court judge is Honorable Frank Salzer. The Court Administrator who is in charge of daily operations is Lauren Sassano, CMCA. Arraignment, trial and other proceedings take place in a session conducted on the second Monday of the month beginning at 3:30 p.m. The municipal court has jurisdiction to preside over misdemeanor criminal offenses such as simple assault, marijuana possession, disorderly conduct, harassment and drug paraphernalia charges.
