The Court Administrator, Debbie Wright, Deputy Court Administrator, Steven Millette, and rest of the office staff are available Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Honorable Philip M. Miller, JMC, presides over all court proceedings which are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 3:00 p.m. and third Tuesday of the month at both 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The municipal prosecutor who handles all matters on behalf of the state is Steven Zabarsky. Criminal Charges in Ocean Township

A criminal offense can arise in two forms anywhere in Ocean NJ, including in the Waretown section. The first class of violations are disorderly persons offenses and these charges fall within the jurisdiction of the Ocean Township Municipal Court.
